Reviews Summary

Reviews for Explorer's Lounge are mixed, with some praising the delicious food, great atmosphere, and friendly service, particularly highlighting burgers and salmon. However, others have experienced significant issues with rude service, long waits, and even food poisoning. It appears to be a place that can offer a great experience, but consistency may be a concern.

"We loved this place. It's quite big, and the decor is perfect for a lounge type setting. Our server, Matthew, was awesome. He provided outstanding service and was very attentive. The only downside is he's a Steelers fan (haha!!). Our food was so delicious. I had the Atlantic Salmon topped with shrimp and homemade dill sauce with lobster risotto. My fiance had the fish and chips. Both were amazing! We loved dining here."

"Me and my fiancée had a great time for a few nights in Lake Louise. Props to the bartender as well as Meaghan and Matthew, even tho his Steelers beat my Jets 🤬. All kidding aside I'd highly recommend this place"

Jetsmoke

"Disgusting. Don’t waste your money or time here. Horrible service, food and I got food poisoning from this disgusting food. Please avoid if you don’t want your trip ruined."
