"20% forced tip??!! Slow service, took about 20-25 min just to have my drink while it was not busy. We were 12, everyone left disappointed with taste and portions considering the price. When the bill came, surprise, they already added 20% tip included in the bill, no way of giving less or more. We asked about it and no shame at all from the waitress. Unacceptable!!"
