"I joined a pair of friends for dinner at Chop. We were treated to Kelsey as our server this evening and she made the experience an enjoyable and memorable one.
I was recommended the prime rib and it did not disappoint. Tender, fresh and well accompanied by a delicious vegetable blend. I had the loaded mashed potatoes, again at her recommendation and they too were excellent. Dinner was ended with an upside down pineapple cake.
Everything was very nice but the service was the perfect accompaniment to the food.
Our server was attentive and seemed genuinely interested in us and our enjoyment. Her genuine friendly smile added another layer to our enjoyment.
When a restaurant manages to join excellent food with exceptional service it’s a truly rare treasure.

"We were guests of the Sandman Signature, to attend a work related conference. So, we visited Chop Steakhouse in Edmonton and overall had a great experience. The steak, wings, and mashed potatoes were all excellent, flavourful and cooked perfectly. The complimentary bread was a nice touch, and our server was attentive and spot on throughout the evening.
One note of feedback: we were surprised to receive chili peppers with the steak instead of the bell8 peppers we were expecting. For someone who is adverse to spicy foods, a spoonful of hot peppers was quite unpleasant. It would be helpful if the menu clarified this or if the server mentioned it ahead of time."

The food was another level, beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially loved the steak platter, but honesty, everything we tried was delicious.
Definitely one of the best dining experiences. I’ve had. Perfect spot for a special night out or if you just want.to treat yourself. Highly recommend!!!"
