Reviews Summary

Tim Hortons in Banff is seen as a reliable spot for good coffee and donuts, with many appreciating the value and classic Canadian experience. However, some reviews mention inconsistent cleanliness and service, with one incident highlighting a refusal to accommodate a parent's request for their child. Despite mixed service experiences, the affordability and quality of coffee and pastries remain strong points.

"I recently visited Tim Hortons Banff and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and consistency of the food and beverages.

The service was efficient, and the staff specially Resy and Theresa were courteous and attentive. I appreciated the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the location, which made my visit even more enjoyable."

"We have came here with a kid. As our kid doesn’t take all foods for food restrictions, we brought small amount of food and requested to supervisor ( a lady) assistant manager for using the oven for 30 seconds. They didn’t permit. We said that we travelled from Lethbridge and we need help. They again refused it. It was Sunday 8 pm around . Oven was not busy , restaurant was not busy. People lost their kindness for babies also in Canada . Such a SHAME TIM HORTON"

Nazmus Sakib (Rupol)

"My visit to the Tim Hortons at 100 Gopher Street in Banff, Canada, in the afternoon was an average experience, earning a three-star review. Tucked just off the main road, this location is convenient for travelers but not right in Banff’s bustling downtown. The exterior blends with the town’s scenic charm, though the lack of clear signage from the main strip made it a bit hard to locate without a map or app.
The service was decent but unremarkable. Since it wasn’t very busy in the afternoon, I expected a smoother experience, but the staff seemed a bit distracted, and my interaction at the counter felt rushed.
The food was okay but not exceptional. The sandwich was affordable, especially in pricey Banff, but didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of quality. The restaurant was reasonably clean, though a couple of tables had leftover crumbs, which stood out given the low crowd. The parking lot was easy to navigate with fewer customers around, which was a plus.
The atmosphere was quiet, typical of an off-peak Tim Hortons, with free Wi-Fi that worked fine for basic browsing. The seating area was comfortable enough, but the overall vibe felt a bit lackluster. This Tim Hortons is a convenient stop for a quick bite in Banff, but the lukewarm drink, so-so food quality, and indifferent service keep it from standing out. It’s fine for a low-key visit, but based on my experience and similar online feedback, it’s not a must-visit spot."
