"I have eaten here three times so far this visit to Siem Reap. I ordered the beef katsu set. The general manager came over to make sure that I really wanted it cooked rare. I did. The beef arrived as requested, perfectly cooked, and the manager verified for me that it was Australian sourced tenderloin. One of the tastiest things I have experienced in a while. In previous visits I had the fuzimen meal, and the nigiri selection. Those were very nice as well. The tea is loose leaf as you would expect from a restaurant at this level. Service is attentive, prompt, and accurate. Fuzimen is my favorite restaurant in Cambodia so far. And this is a foodie country. Thanks to all of the staff who clearly bring a wealth of energy and professionalism to the experience."
