Reviews Summary
NESAT Seafood House is lauded for its incredibly fresh seafood prepared with delightful Khmer and Western influences. Diners rave about the vibrant flavors and the cozy, seaside-inspired atmosphere. While the quality of the food is consistently praised, some patrons note that oysters can be small, and it's advisable to confirm payment methods beforehand, as cash is preferred.
"I had stir fry clams in tamarind sauce the other day, it was so good!! Tastes so fresh, felt like i was right by the sea. I’d definitely go again!"

"Card payment only local banks, no mastercard or visa etc. Cash is okay. This was mentioned nowhere. We had to walk to ATM to get cash.
Our last night in Cambodia, we visited this place. Would recommend. Make a booking just in case if you want a table.
We got tempura shrimp (very good and light batter, not too greasy, sauces were incredible), squid sauted in lemongrass and … (this was perfectly spicy, not burning but enough to be tasty), spring rolls (mix, so good, sauce was spicy) and shrimp in garlic butter platter (it comes unpeeled so get ready to get your hands dirty, taste was very good).
Bathroom was clean and rustic.
The table was a bit wobbly but easily fixed. Service is friendly and fast.
Food came out super fast."

"Quite a nice place with original furniture. We ordered the shrimp in sauce, they were wonderful, and the oysters, they are in the picture. I have never seen such small oysters, it's hard to call them oysters. And it would be nice if the waiters would warn you that you're getting a mini version."

The Best Places to Eat in Phnom Penh
The entrance to this low slung restaurant, carefully designed to resemble a traditional fisherman's house, is obscured by lush vegetation, but once you find your way inside you discover some of the best Cambodian seafood in Phnom Penh, given a Western twist. The seafood is sourced from the fishing town of Kampot on the southern coast (a worthy food destination in itself), and the strong flavours come through in dishes like the BBQ rock lobster, mussels served in ginger and lime, and the lunch favourite crab burger, with its slightly spicy mayo dressing. facebook.com/nesatseafood
