Reviews Summary

Enso Cafe is widely praised for its excellent food, reasonable prices, and Melbourne-cool ambiance, making it a must-visit for breakfast and brunch. While many rave about dishes like the avocado smash and leek & gruyere tart, a few diners found some items like the big breakfast or French toast to be average or too salty.

"Seriously great cafe that is a must-visit when in Phnom Penh!

Food is basically all created/homemade onsite; it's all very tasty and well-priced considering!

We've been here three times and have only been in Phnom Penh over four days 😂

Would definitely come back in the future. Thank you 😋"

"On my second visit to this café, it was noticeably more crowded than the first time. I ordered a green chopped salad, but unfortunately, the staff forgot to include the asparagus, and I had to request it separately. The French toast was quite average, both in terms of presentation and flavor. However, the highlight of the meal was the leek & gruyere tart – rich in flavor and served in a generous portion. I’ll definitely be coming back for that one!"

"Great cafe near Baldwin's Bistro. Menu looked intriguing and I was craving a western breakfast... This place does not disappoint. Service was spectacular. The place really takes pride in customer care. I had scrambled eggs and bacon with a side hashbrown. Firstly the eggs done perfectly. Bacon also done to my liking... The star has to be toasted freshly baked sourdough bread. AMAZING!!!!! Second on the hit list was a homemade hashbrown that was more like a latka. Hit the spot. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of everything you get... Absolutely a go to place"

Enso on Street 240 has a range of international influences on their menu — shakshuka and watermelon salad with pomegranates and rose water pointing to the Middle East, avocado “smash” on sourdough evidencing an Australian influence, pancakes for the Americans, and leek pie with smoked salmon and eggs benedict with leg ham to round things (and bellies) out in continental fashion. They also offer a slew of nice juices and smoothies served in mason jars.
