We were there for a little over 2 hours, and they only took our food away when we asked for the bill and we gave up ordering drinks and dessert for this reason (ha! No one asked if we would like anything else). In the end, they included the cost of the playground (14.90) without the monitor being there (playground rules).
They wrapped our burgers in aluminum foil and they arrived at our house piping hot!
Anyway, all the staff served us politely, but given the type of restaurant, I expected better service.

Fui com minha família na terça feira de carnaval. Ambiente muito agradável e lindo, não estava muito cheio, ou seja, sem fila de espera. Tem área kids (nossa principal escolha foi por isso), porém, ao chegar lá fui levá-lo na área kids, li todo regulamento e fiz tudo certinho, deixando-o as 19:42. No entanto, a monitora só permaneceu lá até as 20h, até aquele momento só tinha 3 crianças. Ela saiu e o gerente (muito educado), nos informou que não teria mais monitora mas que era para ficarmos de olho caso tivessem muitas crianças. Ela saiu meu filho já apanhou de novo coleguinha (por não querer brincar, queria apenas pintar). Fizemos o pedido uma entrada (4 sanduíches de camarão) e solicitamos o prato principal (camarão com legumes e arroz). A comida chegou no ponto, perfeita, porém, chegou o prato principal primeiro, após estarmos na metade chegou a entrada (achei desorganizado!). Após, ninguém retirou as coisas da mesa. No fim, incluíram o valor do parquinho (14,90) sem o monitor ter ficado lá (regras do parquinho).
Embrulharam os nossos hambúrgueres em papel alumínio e chegaram em casa bem quentinho!
Enfim, todos os profissionais nos atenderam com educação, mas pelo tipo do restaurante esperava melhores serviços."
