What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Capim Santo is praised for its stunning, oasis-like ambiance and flavorful Brazilian cuisine, particularly its Bahian-inspired dishes. While many commend the friendly service and unique food offerings, some reviews mention a perceived decline in ingredient quality over time and occasional issues with service attentiveness and wait times. The lunchtime buffet is a popular highlight, offering good variety at a set price.
"Delicious! What a great location and the greenery it’s surrounded in is beautiful. Friendly staff and the food is delicious! Have a large menu so lots of options to choose from. Definitely a must try when visiting in the city"

"The restaurant has all the features to be a five stars but unfortunately needs to improve in some items. We were lucky with our waiter, but they have a high number of staff and the majority is always in a rush and not attempted to the clientele. The food is divine, very different, exotic, Brazilian and well presented. The atmosphere is loud and could be balanced with a nice music as a background. The staff needs training, something basic hot to talk with the client, how to approach, how not to interrupt, and how charge. I definitely would return and try to get a more isolated table, but the experience was affected by that."

"Amazing ambiance - gorgeous location that’s like an oasis right in the middle of a densely urban area of SP. Wildly flavorful, creative authentic dishes - warm, kind staff, helpful with english where they could - the whole experience left a really amazing impression as one of my first proper meals in São Paulo."
