"I've always heard that Brazilians take other country cuisines and make it better, but I never understood that until I came to Brazil and tried Sugoi! Coming from US and Australia, I've only tried traditional sushi. Brazilians take it to the next level incorporating other flavours with it. You might say it's not authentic, but it's a whole new flavour of its own. These uniqueness makes sashimi taste boring and bland.
The sashimi wasn't the freshest, but good enough to bring the dishes together. I couldn't get enough of the sweet sushi with thicken cream, cream cheese, guava paste, and strawberry; the best one to close the night.
Overall, I'd come back again for another meal before leaving the country."
