"This restaurant offers an exceptional, haut cuisine experience in a friendly setting. It is worth traveling. The highlight is the extensive ceviche menu. Every day they have 5–6 types of ceviche, where tradition blends with innovation, from the first bite of the tuna , or shrimp, or salmon, or mixed ceviche, the flavors burst with complex interactions, always complementing each other. The Pisco sour also is very authentic and super delicious."
