"I travel to Belo 3-4 times per year and I always stop by and have one of the most amazing meals one can imagine. The normal menu is mouth watering, the specials or seasonal items or, like last time, the Taste of Amazon special just make this place a must visit. Owner/Chef Americo shows his passion in his dishes every single day and they are always top notch. Make sure you visit soon, the meals are incredible! So is dessert!!"

"The place was highly recommended, but I got disappointed with various aspects.
Firstly, I decided to try “the executive” which comes with one appetizer, a main and a dessert. The appetizer (Polenta with sausage ragu) was completely plain, it looks nice but it tastes nothing special. The rice on the main (risoto with filet) was too salty, and only the filet was great. The desert (chocolate mousse) was super regular, again nothing special.
I’m pretty disappointed with a place with such high price range not offering a great experience. Go to Anella Ristorante in Pampulha area or O Italiano, they are awesome!
