"Amazing ambience and even better food. Coco Bambu has a varied menu, with shrimp dishes taking over the spotlight. We tried the fried fish sticks and coconut shrimp for appetizers, then two shrimp plates for main courses. Everything tasted excellent, but the "shrimp coco bambu" was absolutely amazing. Fried shrimp with catupiry (cream cheese) inside along with the shrimp itself made for a tasty and unique plate. The ambience is excellent and service is good too. On a negative note - the restaurant was basically empty when we were there and the food still took a long time to arrive."
