Out back, a deck sits over the lagoon (the "Warning: Crocodiles" signs are not just decorative) where folks gather in the pool for sunset.

On your way back from Secret Beach, stop by the Truck Stop which is a fun place with a beer garden, a pool, games, and a courtyard of restaurants that are made out of brightly painted shipping containers, hence the name. One spot that we didn’t get to because it was closed for the season was the Truck Stop. Located north of town, the Truck Stop is a few different food options in shipping containers on the lagoon side – complete with a nice little dock to catch the sunset from. This is an informal, open-air eatery with picnic tables among trees and containers turned into food trucks. You’ll find many places to eat in San Pedro, but this one is unique. Listen to live music, play games, and relax on the lounge deck to catch the sunset (and try to spot crocodiles).

Truck Stop – Not quite sure what you are in the mood for or can’t agree on what cuisine everyone wants to eat?. Head on over to the Truck Stop!. This place is actually located North of the bridge to San Pedro about a mile after you cross the bridge.

The Truck Stop is an area on the way to Secret Beach that’s comprised of shipping containers turned food park. Tons of different eating options are available here and they’re open Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 9 PM.

Not your traditional lunch but I see nothing wrong replacing a meal with ice cream now and again. Especially when it’s one of the DELICIOUS homemade waffle cones from Cool Cone at the Truck Stop.

The containers have all been converted into top-class eateries offering a variety of cuisines. There is a beer garden out back, sitting on a deck over the lagoon. It’s all very relaxed.

So many options of the Truck Stop’s food items can be veganized!. These rice noodles with tofu are so yummy. Just be sure to say “no eggs”.
