"The restaurant is living on its past glory. A few things to be fixed, considering that this is a fine dining: smoking room next to non smoking area, it makes no sense, the smell of smoke is everywhere and this is unacceptable. I tried the steak and it was tough, can't comment on other dishes. The service is useless: many waiters who never make eye contact with the customers, I literally had to stand up and stop a waiter with my hand. On a friday night, the music is way too loud, impossible to have a conversation. 3 stars is generous."

"This is a nice restaurant, not a cafe. I would categorize it as fine dining. A smiling girl greeted me, and a smiling girl served me. That's saying a lot, considering smiles are hard to come by in Belarus. They have a smoking section and a non-smoking section. The smoking section is well-sepersted from the non-smoking section. The bar is next to the non-smoking section but allows smoking. This makes no sense, as I'm sitting almost as far away from the bar as possible in the non-smoking section and my sinuses are throbbing from the cigarette smoke. I've been looking forward to coming here for quite sometime, and was excited to give a 5 star rating, but the the smoke situation is something that can't be overlooked. I am being very generous with the 3 stars, as I believe the smoke is an automatic 1 star. Other than this issue, the restaurant is an easy 5 star rating. This is why I am giving 3 star. Everything is perfect except for the 1 major flaw. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. The food was great compared to Belarusian standards. It was good on a world-wide scale. The prices were a little high for Belarus, but the quality of food justified it. As an American, the prices were very affordable."
