"Brought my family here for a meal and it was 10/10.

The use of local Australian ingredients was nicely imagined. All the dishes had the right flavor and punch.

The service here was the highlight. The staff and servers were very welcoming, and when they saw that one of my daughters did not like the dish they came and offered to change up some of the ingredients and served the dish again.

The theater of the dining was also nicely incorporated into the three hour meal.

At the end of the meal, the chocolate cart was a favorite among my daughters.

The service was spot on, allowing ample time to enjoy each meal and rest in between. The meals were impeccable, they took extra care to ask about my dietary requirements, ensuring to clarify each meal was allowed for and I didn't feel I missed out at all as they simply modified the meal so I could still enjoy the full experience. A highlight was the visit to their kitchen garden, where we enjoyed fresh Tasmanian mushrooms — such a thoughtful and unique touch with apple juice too :)
