"Had breakfast here during a tour. The food was delicious, and the staff provided warm, welcoming service. A great spot to start the day with excellent hospitality and tasty dishes. Highly recommended!"

"We booked a table for 7.15pm. We arrived at 7pm and checked in with the girl at the receiving desk. Told her we would have a drink at the bar, they are side by side and she would call us when table was ready. At 7.30 still nothing, approached again. The man behind the bar (the manager of the bar/restaurant?) asked if we would like to order and dine at the table we were seated at ( in the bar area), fine we did that. The food arrived at 8.10pm, obviously an hour after we had reserved a table for and almost three quarters of an hour after ordering. While we were waiting various people were coming & collecting meals. When food arrived it was fine, the ribs were good and the garlic prawns very tasty. When we were leaving the staff were seated at the bar including the "manager" and kitchen and restaurant were closed. All in all a very poor experience. Although I would not normally include other's comments several couples we spoke too did not have good things to say about their experiences at the restaurant, all said they wouldn't go back."

"The worst restaurant in Australia.
I live in Canberra since 2022 and I travelled often around this beautiful and interesting country. First of all I want to mention that the waiters are very gentle and the atmosphere is nice, really nothing against the people working there and the location. But the food... We ordered the squid (gummy and burnt like the frozen coles one), the beetroot salad (mains on the menu apparently rostered, but I can assure it was the same you can find at the supermarket already packed), spaghetti with meatballs (we didn't have expectations but my daughter couldn't finish and she eats everything), prawns no comment, and porterhouse meat with vegetables. The meat was nice (sauce aside) the veggies musty taste... The wine was pleasant. We paid 175 $. Rarely make a review, but this time I think it can be helpful"
