"Wow ! Awesome food ! Ordered the spicy chicken biryani which was insanely good. Chicken was cooked well, rice and spices mixed were just perfect, quantity was good. Family had malai kofta, naan was good. The mango lassi was heavenly. Staff was courteous. Totally surprised by such good indian food at Launceston. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for good indian food."

"Came to the Spice Lounge as they opened and Front of house service was understaffed and juggling seating everyone whilst having the phone glued to her ear.No greeting or Menus and female was curt!
Guy who took our order was friendly and nice.
Starters were lovely, mains i.e butter prawns and chicken jalfrezi were watery and bland.
They also did not ask me if I had any allergies.
If you go here be prepared to serve yourself,and don't order any mains or be in a rush to get home.Also they tried charging me for plastic containers!!"
