"Everything was so delicious but I must confess, even though I was completely full, I couldn’t stop eating the leftover roast potatoes. Absolutely Devine!
We ordered the lamb and chicken dishes, both cooked perfectly with such tasty sauces accompanying. The waterfall was such a tranquil backdrop. Totally recommend and we will definitely be back ( for more potatoes :-)"

"If you are in Launceston Alida definitely worth a visit. The food tasted fabulous. Dishes are classy but very well priced and respectable size serving. We had an entree/starter and main each, which left us to full to fit even a shared dessert. We happened to go on a quieter night, which was nice for us. Modern atmosphere with generously spaced comfortable seating. There are different zones to give a different feel. We sat in the main area which was quieter than the waterfall room where the music was playing. Cocktails were well made, can recommend the Raspberry sour or the Dark and Stormy. Will return if given the opportunity."

"The entree, main, and dessert were all served in good time each. The service itself was impeccable. We chose the waterfall room which was a small alcove area of about 4-5 tables and offered a super comfortable atmosphere throughout.

- Korean fried chicken (entree)
- Confit duck (main)
- Handmade pappardelle (main)
- Affogato (dessert)

Critique:
For my main I selected the handmade pappardelle. It did not state on either the online or physical menu that any mushroom would be included, and when it arrived there was sadly a lot. I ate around the mushroom, as the rest was lovely. As such a major item in the dish, it should have been listed as an ingredient.

Positives:
Just about everything else! The food was otherwise delicious, and exceptional care was clearly taken in the cooking and the serving. Had such a relaxed evening throughout."
