"Mexican Affogato, Pork Cheek & Guajillo Fried Chicken Tacos, BBQ Prawn & Chorizo Skewers and Pasilla Chile Octopus
.
A very unique mexican restaurant setting with a great drink presentation.
Affogato uses double shot of espresso in genie bottle, dulce de leche ice cream and important sauce of caramelized tequila. Perfect combinations when drink together.
Tacos have a great fluffy skin with crispy chicken on top of chipotle mayo & pico de gallo. While pork seasoned well and juicy on top of pickled onions and lime aioli. Making them a perfect and balanced pairing.
Skewers little bit salty due to very well seasoned Spanish chorizo. But when eaten together with prawns and grilled guindilla peppers with little bit lemon, making it balanced.
Octopus cooked perfectly and not bouncy, also bit salty because of well cooke with nduja butter.

"We had a lovely experience at Pancha Villa! The ambience was beautiful, and both the hostess and waitress were absolutely wonderful—friendly and attentive throughout.
The food was great, and the kids really enjoyed their picks from the kids’ menu. Portions were generous (maybe too generous!)—we definitely over-ordered and would’ve appreciated a little heads-up on serving sizes.
That said, everything was delicious, and the overall vibe made it worth it. Would definitely recommend a visit!"

"More than just good food, this place is an experience. Enter into a moody, dimly lit space adorned with sculls and huge led light windows. The ceilings are high and the atmosphere buzzing. The cocktails themselves are worth a visit, offering flavour with theatre. The Pancho Villa tasting plate was a knock-out, generous and varied, and full of flavour. The staff were attentive and professional."
