Reviews Summary

Ming Village offers a taste of nostalgic, "old school" Chinese cuisine that many patrons love, especially for its value-driven lunch specials and generally friendly service. While some dishes, like the honey chicken and beef cashew, receive high praise for flavor and crispiness, others have been criticized for being oily or having inconsistent portion sizes and quality. Service can be a mixed bag, with some staff being exceptionally welcoming while others appear less engaged.

"We got a delivery for the first time, and it did not disappoint. We were craving the traditional Aussie Chinese dishes from our childhood, so ordered all the classics: special fried rice, honey chicken, and sweet and sour pork. My hubby was over the moon.
The sauce for the pork came in a separate container, which meant the pork was super crispy. The fried rice was extra fresh and not in the least oily. Everything was 10/10, will definitely order again!"

"To be honest, this restaurant was fine in a sort of mid sort of way as the kids these days say.
Nothing spectacular nothing too terrible, it didn’t make me want to vomit, but I’ll never bother going back.

The service is lovely. Although some of the waiters are a bit, shall we say, understated (one dude seemed really bored and annoyed to be there)."

Andy Vaszolyi

"Old school Chinese. I love this place, and they do a great lunch meal with plenty of options for 12 bucks! Quick friendly service. The fried rice is really good and so are the dishes I have tried. The picture I've included is satay beef and vegetables (good variety of veg) with fried rice and the lunch menu. Definitely give it a go if you're looking to satisfy your Chinese food craving for lunch or dinner."
