What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners rave about the exceptional quality of steaks, often cooked to perfection, and the sophisticated ambiance. The attentive and friendly service, especially for celebrations, is frequently highlighted. While the ribs are a standout, some find certain steak cuts can be inconsistent, and dessert options occasionally fall short of expectations. Service can also slow during busy periods, and sparkling water is noted as pricey.
"Had a lovely birthday dinner at Meat & Wine Co — the steaks were cooked to perfection, and everything was beautifully presented. The team even brought out a dessert with a candle, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the night feel extra special. The wine list is impressive, though it would be great to see a few more local options featured. The atmosphere is stylish yet comfortable, perfect for a celebration or date night. Service was warm and attentive, though things moved a little slowly during peak time. Overall, a great spot for meat lovers — just come hungry!"

"The location is easy to find. Lots of parking. Beautiful decor with high ceilings.
Booking was easy. We were seated straight away. Service was super nice and consistent.
We got bread and jerky for Entrees. We had the rump and scotch for mains with Potato and pumpkin as sides.
The food was quick and divine. We seriously loved the food and the presentation. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm.
In the outside parlor room we had Beautiful views of the street with curtains all around.
Total cost was 190 for all the food and drinks we got.
Would seriously recommend and will be definitely coming back."

"We had the Express Lunch, three course meal. We got there at 12:00 and we ate until 1:45pm, it does take a long time between meals. All the entrees were delicious. The rump steak was tough/chewy, but it was okay, maybe pick something else instead of the rump. Dessert was delicious, really liked the sticky date pudding. We also ordered a truffle Mac and cheese and it was yum. Also note, sparkling water is $10 a bottle."
