"Great dinner tonight at Black Hide.
First of all, Google Maps still has this located in the Treasury Building, but it is now a couple blocks west in the new casino building.
We were craving steak after several days of pretty much anything but steak while in the Red Centre.
We had a Moorooroo Shiraz, expertly presented by Pram (or Prem?).
We shared the scallop appetizer, which looked beautiful and tasted amazing. My wife had the Wagyu Eye Fillet, and I had the Wagyu Ribeye - both cooked to a perfect mid-rare. I had the pepper sauce, which was just ok, while my wife thoroughly enjoyed her red wine sauce.
We had an amazing waiter, Paul, who was attentive and engaging. He spent quite a bit of time with us, suggesting things for us to see and do during our visit to Brisbane."
