What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Inn of Khong offers a range of Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian dishes with some patrons praising the delicious flavors and fresh ingredients, especially the satay chicken. However, several reviews mention concerns about food quality, citing overcooked meats and bland rice. Pricing can also be a point of contention, with some finding it expensive for the portion sizes and quality received.
"I ordered through UberEats and food arrived hot.
First time trying this restaurant and all meals were delicious and will certainly order from here again.
Prices were a bit high through UberEats so will probably pick the food up myself next time."
Jessica
"We ordered S&S chicken. Fried rice and chicken chow mein w prawn crackers. $80 delivered. $73 on food. Fried rice was warm, can’t say it was cold but just clumped together, barely warm(certainly not hot) chow mein was awful. $24 and I assumed it had noodles in it, did not realise that you had to select noodles as extra I think. Which was extra $4. (Never ordered chow mein without noodles in it already) broccoli/cauli was just so over cooked it was mushy. S&S chook was best of the meals, but again not hot or crispy. Overall for that price, it was horrid. Very rare I review stuff but felt compelled to."

"Absolute crap food, this why we don't eat out anymore. No one else was dinning, just me and my partner, maybe good indication it's not good. The spring rolls are definitely from a supermarket"

10 Best Breweries in Bacchus Marsh
Red Duck started brewing in 2005, just as the second wave of craft beer was beginning to make itself known in parts of Australia. Admittedly, it wasn’t operating in Ballarat at the time, instead calling an old dairy building on the Purrumbete Homestead home. Founders Scott and Vanessa Wilson-Browne moved the brewery closer to their Ballarat home in 2011 and have continued to plough their unique journey through the world of beer, combining a pretty traditional core range taking in the likes of pale ale, porter and amber with exploratory voyages to the beer’s outer realms: sour Egyptian bread beers, barrel-aged and blended Belgian styles, hop free gruit beers, braggots and so on.
