"We stayed here 3 nights . We loved it. The service is exceptional. Parking is included. Had alot of meals at the restaurant. All staff were very helpful. Oscar and Lilas at the restaurant were our favourites. The included breakfast were good and the coffee was great. We highly recommend. The weather for April was exceptional and the quality price ratio was very hard to beat. We had a room with hot tub that we enjoyed."

"This review is only relevant to the restaurant. The atmosphere and decor is lovely. Unfortunately we had a terrible evening. Our order got lost in a disorganized shift change which we understand can happen. We sat for 40 minutes waiting for drinks, half our food order arrived 90 minutes later after complaining. The pasta wasn’t cooked and 2 full meals were missing. The waitress in charge was kind but unsupported by her manager. They brought us food we didn’t order because it was fast (fries and sandwhich) and charged us for everything. There was no apology from the manager or acknowledgement aside from a 10% discount.
We are business owners in town and would advise they do better or they will lost clientele. A pretty building only goes so far when the food and service are at best, 1 star.

"I didn’t stay at the hotel. Just drank a latte at the restaurant. Beautiful location and the patio area is just as gorgeous and visually pleasing as the inside! I drank the Matcha Latte for $3,500 pesos. Quite bitter, but delicious! Sugar is provided on the side obviously. Only issue is that the matcha powder uses balled up and made these gross clumpy surprises. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Prices from the cafe were reasonable and the ambiance was aesthetically pleasing as much as comforting. Def would return."

Amazing place. I didn't know either Spanish or English but I was covered with so much attention and concern that I didn't feel any problems in communication. The hotel is warm and quiet, homey. Breakfast at the hand of Ricard will remain unforgettable. In the evening, the yir of the countries was also at the height. I would like to return here and feel the attention and care of these people.
