Food was spectacular, service was one of a kind. They even gave us a few extra things we never ordered.

"Our visit to Crizia revealed a beautiful space with truly impressive architecture and exquisite food presentation. The staff were pleasant and attentive

However, the experience was mixed. While a few dishes were excellent, our entrees, unfortunately, didn't quite meet the high expectations set by the restaurant's reputation. They were good but lacked a truly exceptional finish.

The wine service was somewhat disappointing. Seeking guidance, the staff seemed less experienced. They recommended a $200 bottle which, unfortunately, showed noticeable off-flavors (likely Brettanomyces). Combined with $35 cocktails, the value proposition felt strained.
Crizia excels in ambiance and visual details, but the inconsistency in the main courses and the wine selection misstep made for a less outstanding evening than we'd hoped."
