What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Alchymist Beach Club offers a stunning location with crystal clear waters and good service for beach dining. However, many visitors find it to be a 'tourist trap' with high prices, small portions, and an overwhelming crowd, especially after 11 am. While the food can be good, the overall experience is often marred by the cost and the feeling of being overcharged for amenities.
"Amazing blue lake with all the amenities you can ask for. Tables on the sand with great service, lunch we had was a whole grilled fish with all the accompaniments. Beers stayed cold and fresh. Some vendors, sellers walk around the tables to sell but not bothersome. There are VIP area where you can have a lounge chair or cabana. Water sports and slide available for extra payment."

"Very nice beach club in the Lagoa de Paraiso. Good food, cold drinks, attentive service, nice loungers and an overall great experience. 50 Reais entry fee, 100 Reais for the loungers (definitely worth it) and about 100 Reias for dishes (for 1 person). Spent an amazing day there. Rented a quad and went there via the sand trails at the north side of the lagoon which is also a fantastic and fun thing to do."

"Probably the worst beach club I’ve been to. They charge R$35 to get in and it’s totally not worth it. It’s like Disneyland for influencers but very tacky and everything is old and worn out. We ordered the Picanha for two people and it was such a small portion of meat- mostly fat and maybe 200g at most of beef. Expensive for what it was. We did some paddle boarding to bide the time but again the equipment was old and there was a fee of R$20 per 20mins to do it. Will never go back!"
