The decor is absolutely stunning, they truly put in a lot of thought and effort into decorating the place so well, there’s a breathtaking panoramic view of Tirana. Food is a set menu, where everything is so delicious! We got the lamb and we prefer it rare so cooked it less. The meat was so soft and deliciously seasoned. We were assured that everything was halal.
Bathrooms are very clean with disposable seat covers, there is parking available.
Staff were very helpful and kind. Service was fantastic.

"Our guide suggested us this restaurant for dinner and we never regretted. Kapelet is located in a hilly area where you can see all city view from the top. Wonderful service, amazing ambiance and great food. They have only one set menu. Two cold appetizers, 4 hot appetizer and the main course which can be beef, lamb or chicken. It costs 20 euros each."

The hot and cold starters are fixed, and you can choose the protein. We loved the view, the food, the staff, etc. I'd definitely go back again.."
