"What an amazing experience. We were running so late and they were extremely accommodating. When we got there, we were able to meet the chef and watch the sous chefs prepared the dishes. The entire experience was so memorable. The meal was an absolute love letter to Vietnam. I highly recommend the wine pairing. After we were done, we were able to chat some more with the owner. I expressed how much I loved the cinnamon and he had a GENEROUS amount delivered to our hotel the next day to take home. I’ve never had such an amazing experience."

I’m still dreaming about the pork & yuzu, the pho, the veal, the toothfish, and the satsuma beef. I can’t even express enough how joyful I was during the 3-hour I spent in this restaurant. It was delightful how the they combined different unique flavors of Vietnamese herbs & spices as well as cooking techniques on the extremely high quality & expensive ingredients, and the end result was chef-kiss, so so good that I’m immediately planning for the next reservation. The staff were super nice and attentive, they were good story tellers and they had this welcoming vibe that made my dine-in experience did not feel pretentious like most fine dining places be like. All the small details are thought of, from the ingredients choices, gorgeous plates, the food cards, beautiful lacquer coasters, to the artisan utensils for each course. This is a charming restaurant, with beautiful and hardworking human beings behind it, and has extremely delicious & high quality food.
