The rooms are with bay view, so it's quite relieved and suitable for relaxing. All the hardware and decorations are well designed and amazing. The most I enjoyed at the hotel is the club lounge. Plentiful food options and they're all high quality. There's also a private infinity pool inside the lounge where you can take amazing photos.
I enjoyed a fantastic weekend here. Besides not much entertainment options, everything is perfect. I'll definitely come back next year!"

"Absolutely stunning hotel! The InterContinental Ha Long Bay has only recently opened, and it truly feels fresh, modern, and luxurious. There is even another restaurant due to open in the new year, which is something to look forward to.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had everything you could possibly want, with a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. Every member of staff was fantastic, attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help, providing truly excellent service throughout our stay.
We stayed on the 9th floor overlooking the ocean, and the views were simply breathtaking. Waking up to Ha Long Bay each morning was unforgettable. Honestly, what is not to love? I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotel was probably the best hotel we have ever been to. This review is primarily for the La Baguette restaurant. The restaurant is inside the brand new intercontinental hotel in Ha Long Bay, which is itself amazing and I highly recommend. As for the restaurant, everything was top notch, from service to staff to atmosphere. We ordered the surf and turf tower that includes an amuse bouche, scallop crudo, a morel, foie gras consomme to start. The tower itself included a whole lobster, whole grouper, tooth fish, lamb chops, filet mignon, duck breast, oysters, lots of roasted vegetables, myriad of sauces both French and Vietnamese and more. It was amazing and so generous. We were full so quickly as there was a lot of amazing food. The food was an expression of the variety of regions of Vietnam, mountains, rivers, oceans as well as the different cuisines that have influenced this country, namely French. As I said we were full very quickly but the staff was gracious enough to pack it all up for us so we could enjoy it later in our room. You should definitely check this place out if you are in the area. My compliments to the chefs for their great skills and the rest of the staff for their attention and care. We felt like family here. Thank you."
