What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
KizCiti Phu Quoc offers a large indoor play space with diverse activities, making it a good option for kids to burn energy, especially on rainy days. However, numerous reviews highlight significant concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and broken equipment, leading some visitors to find it overpriced for the quality provided.
"We went there with our 2 year old daughter. We‘re the first guest of the day it seems. Maybe also the only one… there was one worker which let us in and turned on the fans and music. Going around there we saw many broken toys, rusty carousels and a very demotivated worker. It’s just as the other reviews say. Broken and dirty. Things are not cleaned. The dead cockroach on the floor was no surprise. Of course we couldn’t go straight home again since kids don’t see the playground as parents do. It’s not worth it.
We had better ones where staff was great and every thing was clean.
Won’t come again."

"Good place for the kids. Plenty of space for them to run around. It was pouring rain so we needed a place for the kids to play so this was perfect for us. Highlands Coffee in the complex for your coffee fix."

👨👩👧 Families with Young Children
Bringing your own snacks and drinks is a huge advantage for families with picky eaters or specific dietary needs. While there's a coffee shop nearby, having your own provisions ensures a hassle-free experience. Weekday visits are recommended for fewer crowds and a slightly lower entry fee, which can make the outing more enjoyable with very young children.
☔ Travelers Seeking Rainy Day Activities
While the primary function of providing an indoor escape is met, it's important to manage expectations regarding the facility's condition. The ventilation with fans is a plus, but the reported cleanliness issues mean it might not be the most pristine environment. Nevertheless, for a few hours of distraction from the rain, it serves its purpose effectively.

Navigating the Facilities: A Parent's Perspective
However, it's crucial for parents to approach KizCiti with managed expectations regarding its upkeep. Several reviews highlight concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. Visitors have reported sticky floors, dust, and broken toys or play equipment. One reviewer even noted a dead cockroach on the floor. This lack of consistent upkeep has led to significant disappointment for some, with health and safety being a recurring point of concern.
Despite these drawbacks, the sheer space and variety of activities can still provide a good outlet for children to expend energy. The ability to bring in outside food and drinks is a practical advantage for families. For parents prioritizing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment, it might be worth weighing the pros and cons carefully before visiting.
Understanding the Value: Pricing and Expectations
When considering the value, it's important to align your expectations with the reported state of the facilities. While the play area offers a good amount of space and diverse activities, the recurring feedback about cleanliness and broken equipment leads some reviewers to feel that the pricing is on the higher side for the quality of service provided. This sentiment is echoed by those who have experienced better-maintained and cleaner play centers in other parts of Southeast Asia for similar or lower prices.
Despite the criticisms, the convenience of being able to bring your own food and drinks is a significant plus for families, allowing for budget control and catering to specific dietary needs. For parents looking for a place for their children to simply run around and have fun, especially during inclement weather, KizCiti can still serve its purpose, provided they are prepared for the potential downsides.
