"Really loved this hotel!! The location is in a fantastic spot, everything I wanted to do was around a 5-10min walk away, and its very quiet at night which is rare for some hotels in the old quarter. The tours offered by the hotel are fantastic too, the city tour and Ninh Binh were my favourite. The breakfast is really good and the staff are fantastic! Travelling for my first time solo, the staff were so nice and helpful, my luggage didn’t make it to hanoi on my flight, but they reassured me and made effort that I got it a day or so later. They also upgraded my room for free! The double bed rooms are very nice. Will definitely be back :)"

Anna and Lucie were absolutely brilliant during my stay here in Hanoi. They were amazingly welcoming and unbelievably helpful. They gave me a list of the best things to do in Hanoi, the bestest, cheapest places to eat nearby and they even arranged a day tour booking to Halong Bay which was incredible!!
My room was upgraded for no extra cost and I was loving it so much, I booked an extra night, which they did at a discounted rate! 🙌
There was a tiny issue with a small leak with the air conditioning unit in my room, but I think that was due to the humidity outside the room (I.e Hanoi city) rather than the room itself. It didn't effect my stay whatsoever and I was still extremely comfortable!

"We loved this little place right in the heart of the old quarter. It was great value for money and the staff were so welcoming. There are probably newer, more fancy options in Hanoi but if you want a more down to earth place where you're welcomed as family you can't got wrong in my opinion. The staff gave us some great information on the best things to go to see in Hanoi and we also asked them to arrange three travel connections from Hanoi to Ha Long, Ha long to Nimh Binh and Nimh Binh back to Hanoi , all arrangements were made flawlessly and communicated perfectly. Overall a great welcome for our first two nights in Hanoi, a big thank you to Anna and Lucy and all the staff."
