"Nha Trang Station is a small but functional train station. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done. The staff are helpful, and the location is convenient, right in the city center, close to restaurants and hotels. Trains usually run on time, and the waiting area is clean, though a bit basic. Good enough if you're catching a train, but don’t expect anything special."

"Ask for the VIP lounge... it's very cozy...
for 20,000 vnd: possibility to work with Wi-Fi connection or relax on sofas.
Air conditioning.
1 bottle of water offered.
Wide selection of drinks and snacks available for a fee.
Great and very clean.
Friendly and smiling staff.

"Took the SE22 at 6.40pm from Nha Trang to Phu Yen.
Gotten myself the soft seat 97k. No. 1 carriage was at the head of the train, so gotta walk all the way down left: we were allowed to enter the platform to wait at 6.20pm. People will rush to get in, but there is no need to go in a frenzy with them. Ample time to enter before the train enters the station.
The carriage was relatively new and clean. Seats were spacious. Plugs were available at the window side. There was clear announcement in english and the train attendant would also call out the station. Todays crowd was not rowdy and people were getting to sleep at 8pm. Some folks even made themselves comfortable sleeping on the floor.
If the sleeper are sold out, the soft seater on this train would be a solid option."
