"I booked a ring-making workshop in advance for myself and my friend as a birthday gift for her. We had both wanted to try making our own rings for a long time, so we were really excited about this experience.
The studio was easy to find, and we arrived right on time. At that moment, another group was also having their workshop. What we noticed right away was that the other group received much more attention and guidance than we did while making our rings. We chose the option with unlimited use of stones, but we didn’t get much help with the design process. It almost felt like we were interrupting the other group’s session, even though we had booked our time in advance.
Overall, the process itself was clear enough, but at some points we were just sitting and watching the first group while waiting for assistance.
The rings turned out just the way we wanted, which made us very happy at first. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my ring and it cracked. I really appreciated that the girls at the studio immediately offered to repair it and sent it back to me by delivery after fixing it. However, after wearing it just once, it cracked again in exactly the same spot. I messaged the studio on Instagram and sent them a video so they could see the issue and advise what to do next, but after viewing the video they didn’t reply.
My friend was much luckier — her ring stayed perfectly intact, and she loves it! She wears it every day, so at least the birthday gift turned out great.
In general, I can’t say that we didn’t like the studio — the atmosphere was nice, and the result was beautiful. But I wish all customers received equal attention during their workshops. If two groups are booked for the same time, both should get the same amount of guidance and care."
