"We had a full day boat tour with this operator. Boat was well fitted and equipped with enough indoor spaces and toilets. Itinenary was nice and we had a Good time.
What we did not like was the camera man shooting the whole time, no one asked any permissions or explained how is this material used. Also we did not like so much the tour quide filming customer for companys social media purposes.
The worst part came afterwards as the tour operator contacted us 2 days later asking wether we had payed the trip. We did additional trip to Ben Beo the day before to make the payment. To us this seemed highly unprofessional. If you are booking any tours here, make sure you will document your payment transaction somehow."

We did a lot of kayaking and also took the bicycle ride to the village. Hadn’t planned on the latter but totally enjoyed it. Just as the scenery on the water is gorgeous, so too was the trip on land.

threatened, they reached out with options—which, fortunately, we never had to utilize.
