It seems like a new place and tourist friendly kind.
Only a minute or two of waiting I got my seat and also my order. Comes with a small basket of herbs. and sauce.
It is a good Banh Cuan, tender and easy on the swallow.
The highlight is the egg. It actually crack it on a thin layer of rice noodle before closing the lit to steam.
And it is cooked just the right moment where everything is solid outside but egg yolk would leak out if poked.
I do enjoy this as a light breakfast.
