Reviews Summary
Gia Mua Coffee is widely praised for its incredibly charming and unique Hobbit-inspired decor, making it a highly aesthetic spot for photos and relaxation. While many enjoy the ambiance and specialty drinks like Salt Coffee, some visitors find the coffee quality inconsistent and the prices higher than average for Hanoi.
"I really love this café. The place is aesthetic, cute, and charming — with a unique Hobbit-inspired theme. When we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly baristas who had no trouble communicating in English.
Every corner is beautiful and perfect for photos. There are so many lovely flowers that make the whole space even more enchanting.
I ordered a matcha latte and it was delicious — perfect for enjoying a relaxing morning or afternoon while reading a book.
The location is strategic, the service is great and fast, and they even provide free drinking water.

"Vibey multistorey cafe great for resting after shopping on shoe street.
Salt Coffee is on the bitter side, with distinct savory taste - great for non-sugar lovers.
White Coffee is wonderfully milky.
Homemade Banana Cake is springy, strong banana flavor.
Every floor is slightly different w indoor and outdoor seating. Kind of hot though, if you tell the staff they may be able to bring a standing fan over from the outdoor.

"So this building is actually amazing. Reminds me of Gaudi in Barcelona. Multiple floors and genuinely impressive how nice this building is.
However, that’s where the positives stop. The coffee here is one of the worst tasting anywhere in the world. Absolute dirt.
The service… My goodness. We ordered 2 coffees, paid with card, and then she said “These will take about 20 minutes is that okay?” - You need to tell the customer that before they commit to paying. Astounding wait time for an americano and a salt coffee. We wanted to just sip and go.
Anyway, worth coming to see the building and look around. But don’t buy any of the overprice garbage they’re selling"
