What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mikazuki Water Park 365 is praised for its extensive Japanese-inspired facilities, including a large indoor water park and a relaxing Onsen. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the unique cultural experience. However, some guests have noted issues with long queues for slides and a lack of public etiquette from certain visitors, which can detract from the overall relaxation.
"Mikazuki is a well-known Japanese hotel chain, renowned for its excellent service and top-notch amenities, including natural hot springs. Since this facility is owned and operated by them, I had high expectations as a Japanese individual and they definitely delivered.
The waterpark features both indoor and outdoor areas. Interestingly, most locals tend to stay indoors, so we practically had the entire outdoor section to ourselves. The place is very clean, and guests also have access to a public hot spring area, with separate zones for bathing suits and traditional nude bathing.
If you opt for the higher-tier package, it includes a buffet lunch—and the food quality was surprisingly good.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time there. However, the experience was somewhat marred by a lack of public etiquette from some guests. Kids were running around naked while their parents shouted after them, and some people were even washing their children's bottoms in the bathroom sinks. These things made it a bit harder to fully relax."

"Indoor water park, great place for family. We came here on a rainy day, luckily this place is indoor. Weather doesn’t affect the fun. Staff are friendly, facilities are clean. Hotel is nearby, recommend booking this hotel at least one day to experience all the fun."

"Nice place but the waterpark is only as huge as others. U have both indoor and outdoor that makes up for it. Free transport to city on certain times during day if u stay in resort and hotel staff is super friendly. Just disappointed that the water playgrounds are done in a day. Waterpark is also available to non locals."

The Mikazuki Experience: More Than Just a Water Park
The park's design emphasizes a Japanese aesthetic, evident in its decor and overall ambiance, making it feel like a mini-Japan in Da Nang. This attention to detail extends to the facilities, which are generally reported as clean and well-maintained. The resort also offers amenities like a lazy river and dedicated children's play areas, making it a well-rounded destination for families and individuals seeking both excitement and relaxation.
While the water park itself is a major draw, the resort's integrated offerings are a key part of the Mikazuki experience. Guests can opt for various packages that might include accommodation, dining, and access to different facilities. This holistic approach aims to provide a complete vacation experience, from thrilling water activities to serene spa treatments and comfortable stays.
Navigating the Water Slides and Attractions
However, potential visitors should be aware of some operational aspects. Reviews indicate that queues can be quite long, particularly for the popular slides, and there can be a significant wait time between rafts. Additionally, weight restrictions are enforced on many slides, which has led to disappointment for some families whose children did not meet the criteria. This means that even mild slides might have limitations, so it's wise to manage expectations regarding ride accessibility for younger or smaller guests.
Despite these challenges, the indoor nature of many attractions makes Mikazuki a viable option even on days with unfavorable weather. The park's design ensures that fun can continue regardless of rain or excessive heat, making it a reliable choice for a day out in Da Nang.
