"From craning your neck muscles to see where the top of this building is, within seconds you will teleport to up the 48 floors in seconds which the speed will make your eardrums pop. Once you step of the elevator you are greeted with 360 degree views of the sprawling city for as far as the eye can see. Free binoculars provide the ability to see on a street level the happenings in any direction. I glanced in one and witnessed a police officer pulling someone over. Sadly did not see any topless sunbathers on roofs however. You are also provided 1 free bottle of water. A custom it seems in many places here. There is some good history on the city, culture, fashion art and engineering displayed on the walls. Also women working on intricate stick art."
