"The square and its surroundings are very well maintained, with traditional houses painted in bright colors, making the area very touristy. There aren't a ton of things to do, but contemplative tourism is the strong point."
Guianeya Graterol
"Plaza Milla is unique. This spacious, two-level plaza is dedicated to Antonio José de Sucre, Grand Marshal of Ayacucho and Chief of Staff of the Liberation Army. His pedestrian monument was erected by the Military Junta in Venezuela in 1949. In addition to its leafy trees and well-maintained gardens, the plaza also has a children's playground. On one side of the plaza are several colonial mansions. Although the fountain is sealed, it doesn't hide its beauty; I find it very peaceful and pleasant. And if you're craving something, you'll have plenty of options in the surrounding area, from pizza to ice cream and more."
