"What an amazing place!! It is really a getaway to like another dimension in Caracas. Beautiful and peaceful gardens that invite to meditate, adorable cafe shop and even a cacao processing plant that you can visit to see how they make the most rich and delicious prize winning chocolate!!"
Susana Maldonado
"It is quite uncommon that i rate some place at perfection level. But here, the Hacienda Cultural sweats authenticity, genuineness and ... the feeling of a slower passage of time or of some effect like "Back to the future" the eponymous Spielberg movie. The place historically was a cane sugar and papelon factory in the time of "Los Amos del Valle" and then after end of its operations became home to a Dutch origin artist and his Venezuelan wife. Nowadays small cantinas , one chocolate shop and an interesting bookshop. The place is set in La Trinidad an otherwise busy district of Caracas. A place NOT TO BE MISSED."
