What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Havensight Cruise Port is a well-organized and convenient gateway to St. Thomas, praised for its proximity to attractions and shopping. Visitors appreciate the harbor views and the lively atmosphere when ships are docked. However, some find the port area itself to be lacking in unique charm, and traffic congestion can be a significant issue on busy days.
"We arrived with Norwegian Encore chartered by Ubersoca Cruise. The USVI Tourism Committee put together a great Carnival and Food Festival for Us. There was plenty of space for the Road Truck with big speakers and several Food trucks and space to dance. There was a shopping center, Hotel with pool, and Bar right in the pier."

I booked an excursion to Magens Bay Beach on St. Thomas directly through NCL. We had to wait for over 30 minutes in the blazing sun. Many of the other passengers were senior citizens. The young women at the local agency were unfriendly. So, if you're on St. Thomas, don't book through NCL. Taxis will take you to this beach and back for $40. It's only a 15-minute walk to the cable car.
When I reportet these problems to the excursion desk after the trip, the Lady at the desk was not interested.
A shame because I'm used to bester service from NCL."

"Nice cruise port. Near the sky ride too. Seems well organized. Just make sure you know which pier your ship docks. Met a couple that mistakenly thought they were near the skyride. Fortunately they got a taxi. It’s very airy and open you don’t feel cramped at all. Enjoyed walking around."
