Atmosphere - clean and organized. they had nice set up for tours. Looks recently remodeled and upgraded. You can even rent for private events.
Cost - $15 per person. May be a little pricey, but it probably doesn't cover the cost to maintain the space for tours and the staffing. You do get what amounts to a couple of shots so that's something.
Service - we had a great tour guide. She may be the only one, but she says she's worked there for 20 years."
