Pretty much all up on the way there, all down on the way back. Bring plenty of water and bug spray. The view from the top is beautiful. Lots of hermit crabs on the trail"

Path is uneven and often rocky and you will be concentrating on your footing,remember to look up often or you will find you have walked into the web, not fun, I have done it. When I lived in Cruz Bay and worked at Caneel I would run the trail 3 times a week,literally run. Took about 30 minutes and man did I have strong legs then!"
