"Very nice trailhead. If a cyclist out of Cape Cod wants to bike the rail trail, this should be the best starting point."
Hong Zhang
"Always a great flat trail for stroller running with a mix of sun and shade coverage. Can get busy on nice days, but is great in the off season."
Brianna Rommé
"The route from Hyannis to the rail trail parking lot (Cape Cod Rail Trail) needs some updating. When you get to the park and see a cement foundation in the trees, head toward it and remain on the bike path/sidewalk. Don't go right. The path eventually runs along a RR track on your left and over a beautifully structured bridge landing you safely at the Rail Trail entrance.
For those who want to get to Hyannis from the rail trail, go over the bridge and follow bike route past golf courses and woods to end. From there you will have to use Google maps."

One reviewer noted that when approaching a cement foundation in the trees, one should head towards it and remain on the bike path, rather than turning right, to eventually reach the Rail Trail entrance via a bridge.
