"Great long walk. Wilmington is really coming along! I love my little city. And this refuge is one of Wilmington’s cutest gems. Kinda stinky from the run off. But amazing view of the city. Healthy walk past the restaurants."

"An absolutely beautiful park and the bridge train and the walkways by the water are almost magical. It's a great place to go with friends, dogs and by yourself! Definitely recommend"

"No charge to walk the lovely wildlife boardwalk trail. Beautiful marshlands. Didn't see any animals, not even birds which seemed strange. Still enjoyed looking at all the plants, water and flowers. There is an air- conditioned information center, if you have any questions when you arrive. Also, you can walk up the stairs in the building and get good views of the city and wildlife area. The walking/ bicycle trail is 5 miles and goes to Battery park, (so we were told). Sounds like fun!"
