"Prior to my son being born I was unfamiliar with GWL, but having just stayed there with my now 19 month old I couldn’t be more appreciative of what this place is. My son absolutely loved it. Everything that’s offered captured his attention thoroughly. The pool area is wild and incredible, the bowling alley was a blast, the arcade was great, and there’s so much more than that to do. What I personally found most impressive, however, was how immaculate the entire lodge was and how friendly and outgoing the staff was. A space that large with so many kids running around is destined to be a mess, and yet I was blown away at how clean they keep it. This place is spotless. To me that spoke to the level of care the staff has. It was then proven to me after interacting with the folks that work there and how strongly they believe in what Great Wolf offers and ensuring that you have the best time possible. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived, but I’ve since felt compelled to write this review as a thank you to everyone who works there. It’s a great concept executed to perfection by an amazing staff. I cannot wait to bring my family back. Thank you."

"During our stay we had multiple amazing experiences. First, we had a large group going through glow golf and the guy working helped us get the best bang for our buck to get our whole crew through.
Next, we wanted to add time to manifest wands and the store was closed, but that didn't stop the guys from helping anyway! Taking the wands through the gate and making sure our kids had the best night getting to play!
After that, we lost a wand and the front desk and magiquest store replaced my sons wand! Several amazing experiences that made our trip so incredible! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and care."
