"2022 This retail center would be nice if the property managers (Weststar Commercial I believe) made even an occasional effort to clean the outdoor benches, tables, and walkways. As is, visiting my favorite retailers there is a rather repulsive experience.
Will update this review if property maintenance and cleanliness improve. But it's been bad for years."

"I would like to caution anyone and everyone from purchasing homes through Century Communities. My husband and I recently made the expensive mistake of buying one of their townhomes in Shoenberg Farms and it has been the most frustrating experience of our lives. First of all, they asked us to use one of their "preferred lenders" - this particular bank was quite unprofessional and took over 70 days to process our loan (which they said "would take 30 days at most
"). Century Communities lack basic communication skills and never fail to treat us with disrespect. We were set to close in April. This date got moved twice because the building was not finished. Because we had to leave our apartment, this created a very difficult situation for us. After taking countless hours off of work to "move" and "close" on the home during the first two scheduled closings, we were unable to change our work schedules to deal with the Century Home's inconsistency. We were forced to close without having done our final walk. When my husband showed up to move us in, the home was filthy and unfinished. There was dust everywhere, holes in the floor, issues with the drywall, the counters did not properly adhere to the island, the fire place was damaged, the doors were not painted, our master bathroom tile was incomplete and missing a drain, we had a hole in our closet ceiling, chips in our hardwood floors, no garage door opener, and trash all over our front yard. When my husband requested a meeting with the contractor it took almost one week for him to hear back and get any assistance. Since that meeting, the contractor continues to be unresponsive, unprofessional, and our house is not complete. I was forced to move into a dirty home that has still not been cleaned, sealed, or finished. We have been here for almost 2 weeks and I have still not been able to shower in my bathroom. We have involved the supervisor and VP of sales, yet still nothing has been done. Every time they were unable to fix or change something outside the home, they blamed it on "HOA" - Come to find out, the head of the HOA is a Century Communities rep. I cannot express my anger and disappointment deeply enough through this rating system. Just know that these homes are a low quality product with awful customer service. It might sound good during tours and showings, but it will be one of the biggest and expensive mistakes you could make."
