"Went in July and spent about two hours exploring. It’s a medium trail, but we took our time enjoying the views and peaceful surroundings. The overlook is stunning—rolling green hills under a big open sky. There are a few benches to sit and take it all in. Not too crowded, and the summer breeze made it extra relaxing. Great spot to unwind and reconnect with nature!"

"Beautiful view of lake and mountains from this free overlook site. There are also several hiking trails here. We did the charcoal hike, which is about 2 miles. It’s a very well-maintained trail, mostly shaded, somewhat hilly. There is also a fantastic vista view about 2/3 of the way through that hike that is totally worth going to! Dog friendly, too!"

"View was nice by the parking lot but somewhat limited. I didn’t hike the trails as I was on a time crunch. Unsure if trails provide a better view."
