"This venue is heaven. I am disabled and use a walker. The security staff was prompt, professional and extremely courteous, as they directed me to the electric lift used to access the roof terrace seating area.
When we first entered, Marissa, with security greeted us and walked us all the way to the next person in " the chain" for easier access.
Melanie, a wonderful server was quick to use a flashlight and lead me through a throng of people on the dance floor several times. Ruby, with Exotica Hookah was also very sweet and helpful!
I will be watching for future events at Skybar, as the ambiance and service can't be topped!

"The staff at this place are racist and discriminatory towards black people. They asked me and my partner, two black women to move several times for white guests tonight at Mariah’s Holiday Bar. The first server— her name was Carolyn. Then another server, I did not catch his name but he was absolutely rude serving people around the pool. It was disgusting. He has no class & was disrespectful to guest in telling them tables were reserved. He was yelling and making rude comments belittling people because he and the staff did not prepare adequately You can tell he gets a rise out of trying to degrade women, especially black women & it’s disgusting honestly. You would think he owned the bar the way he was trying to run it — too bad he doesn’t which is probably why he was trying so hard to project & prove his worth onto other guests in a rude way. I hope he finds the healing he deserves.
Won’t be returning and will be filing a complaint with the BBB & California’s Department of Consumer Affairs happily (:
